We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce with PayPal. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please email us for an address and contact details.


Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.


Site Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information like social security numbers on this site.


Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.


We will accept returns for any reason within 7 days of delivery. The customer must pay for the item to be returned and we will cover the cost of a replacement item. If the customer refuses to accept the item upon delivery, then the customer will be responsible for the cost incurred by the courier plus a £10 administration fee.


If the product arrives and is faulty or the wrong item has been delivered please notify us within 2 - 5 working days.


Once the item has arrived safely back with us and is in a resaleable state we will refund the cost of the item back onto the card you paid with.


Please contact us using the contact form if you are wishing to return and we will issue you with a returns number.


MalawiArt.net Limited reserves the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. Please retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. MalawiArt.net Limited  retains the right to charge for any necessary packaging/re-packaging.

Cancellation

MalawiArt.net Limited upholds your rights under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and recognises that you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the items.

If you wish to cancel an order after delivery you must inform MalawiArt.net Limited in writing or other durable medium within 7 working days after the day of receipt. The items must then be returned at your own expense.


If you are unable to return the items, the items must be made available for collection at a time that is convenient for yourself and our courier. The company is entitled to charge you the direct cost paid to our courier for this collection.


It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the items to be returned and ensure they remain in the same condition as they were delivered to you.


MalawiArt.net Limited reserves the right to take action to claim any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. We will not accept the return of any obviously damaged goods.

Please retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order.


This return policy does not extend to products shipped outside of mainland UK.


Prices

Goods are charged at prices shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT where appropriate. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.


Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.


VAT
